History of Wallis

Wallis is a leading clothes retailer offering high quality fashion and accessories for women, with over 130 stores and around 126 concessions in the UK and Ireland. Wallis is currently owned by the Arcadia Group, the company chaired by leading British businessman Sir Philip Green. Wallis works alongside Cancer Research UK to raise awareness and money for good causes, and celebrities including Kate Moss and Scarlet Johannson have been involved in Wallis' fund-raising campaigns.

Delivery Information

Items can be ordered online and collected from your nearest Wallis, with a special Collect from Store service available at most UK stores. This service is free for standard delivery, or you can pay a small amount for express delivery, and collect when it's most convenient for you.

Home delivery is also available, and a free of charge delivery offer is available for orders over £50. This delivery takes 3-5 working days, and is obtained using the code FREE50 at checkout.

For orders under £50, the standard delivery charge is £3.95. If you wish to have your item delivered sooner, however, you can pay £5.95 for nominated express delivery, which allows you to choose the day of delivery, and gives the option of next day delivery if you order before 9pm.

International deliveries are shipped from the UK, and incur charges and timescales dependent on the country of the delivery address. There is detailed information available on the Wallis website, or you can speak to the Customer Care team about having your products delivered abroad.

Returns Policy

Wallis has a simple returns method for UK and Ireland customers. Items can be returned to any Wallis store within one month of purchase for a full refund, on production of a valid receipt. Some items such as swimwear and online exclusives can only be returned via post or Collect+.

To return products by post you'll need to obtain a Returns Number, which you can get by logging in to your online account on the Wallis website. It's important to ask for proof of postage when sending your items by post. Jewellery and underwear are nonreturnable, for hygiene reasons.

Wallis has a highly secure website, and works with Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode to help to ensure your card is protected against online fraud and unauthorised purchases. The website is also encrypted with a 256-Bit SSL certificate for your added peace of mind when shopping online.
