There are now more than 250 Quiz clothing outlets located in most of the major UK towns and cities. Today, Quiz is a global brand, with stores in Europe and Asia too.

The Quiz ethos is to supply fashionistas with the very latest fashion trends at reasonable prices. Quiz sells its own fashion designs as well as various high profile brands. It is a dynamic, modern brand which aims to bring catwalk styles to the everyday fashion conscious woman. A speedy supply chain and excellent range of delivery options ensures that the latest looks are available to all.

Quizclothing.co.uk was launched in 2005, and features a smooth customer experience including the "exclusive online fitting room." It is not exactly clear how this works, but it may refer to the site's detailed sizing guide to help shoppers find the perfect fit. Separate sizing guides are given for tops, dresses, skirts, jackets and coats, jeans and trousers, and footwear. The size guide is accessible through product listings too, which is a useful feature. When selecting a product, you can click through to a pop-up which gives you the size guide for that particular product.

Students can get a 15% discount on full price items by registering and confirming their details. However, the student discount cannot be used together with other offers. You may get a better deal with limited time promotions and discount codes for Quiz.

Being an online clothing store, quizclothing.co.uk is open all hours, although there are cut-off times for some of the delivery options. Their high street stores tend to be open during the daytime, with evening shopping options at many stores.

Delivery Information

Quizclothing.co.uk offers several delivery options for UK customers. Notably, their click and collect delivery service is free. Your item(s) will be ready for you to collect from any of Quiz's UK stores within two to five working days. Standard delivery or Collect Plus delivery are both free for orders over £60 (otherwise £3.95), and will arrive within two to five working days.

Next working day delivery, nominated day delivery, and Saturday delivery are all available, each at a cost of £5.50. Orders must be placed before the specified cut off time: 5pm for next working day and nominated day delivery, and 5pm on the Friday for Saturday delivery. For all these services, someone must be available to sign for your parcel.

International delivery within three to 10 working days is free on orders costing over £25.

Returns Policy

Buyers who are unhappy with their purchases can return them for a full refund (not including the delivery charge) within 14 days. With proof of purchase, any Quiz store can issue a refund on a faulty item bought online. If the item is not faulty, a Quiz shop will only exchange it for a different item or a credit note. To return a item by post you will have to log in to your quizclothing.co.uk online account and fill out a short form, telling them what you are returning and why. A returns number will then be issued and Freepost returns labels will be provided. The process differs slightly depending on your delivery method. Quiz does not currently offer an exchange service online. Detailed returns information can be found in the Customer Service section of the website.

It uses two-factor authentication (Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode) when accepting credit and debit card payments, giving an added layer of protection to your transaction. Paypal is also accepted, so you do not even need to put your card details into the site. However, there is no reason to doubt the security of this site. Quizclothing.co.uk is rated as "Great" by TrustPilot, with the majority of shoppers giving it the maximum rating of five stars. The Quiz Customer Service team seems keen to address less positive reviews, too. Overall, quizclothing.co.uk appears to live up to its promises of providing top class womenswear at affordable prices, and excellent customer service.
