History of Office

Opening times will vary depending on the store and its location, however the general opening times will tend to stick to the following (particularly for high street stores not within department stores of shopping centres): Monday - Friday - 09:00 - 19:00 Saturday - 09:00 - 18:00 Sunday - 10:00 - 17:00

Delivery Information

Delivery of items will vary depending on where you are sending the package, however Office do offer a fantastic delivery service of being free on all orders on full priced products. This delivery takes 2-5 working days. This is only available to the UK mainland. Office also offer a next working day delivery service as long as the order is placed Monday - Thursday before 15:00. Orders placed before 15:00 on Friday will be delivered on Monday. This service costs £5.00.

Returns Policy

Office maintain a standard returns policy whereby you can return an item to any high street store within 28 days, as long as you have a proof of purchase and your product is not damaged. All items ordered online can also be returned in any one of the high street stores across the UK. Office also offer a Collect+ service whereby for a small fee, you will be able to return the item by either dropping the product off at a Collect+ store or send it to this address:

Once your returns have been processed it will take 1 - 3 working days to get your exchange and you will be notified by email when you do. In addition, it takes 1-3 working days to get a refund if you choose not to exchange the item for something else in store.
