Delivery Information

There are numerous ways to have your flowers reach the person of choice. Firstly, you may have them delivered personally by the florist that created them - a special touch for someone you love, and a gesture that shows how much you care. Interflora offer same day delivery, three hour delivery, next day delivery, and next day specified AM or PM. Alternatively, Interflora offer courier delivery and international delivery, but there is no control over the time of day that these arrive and the window for delivery is 7am to 7pm.

There are time restrictions that apply for same day and next day delivery options, so please check the time restrictions on the Interflora website before committing to your purchase. Order tracking is available so you can see where in the delivery process your gift is, letting you know once your flowers have been safely delivered - so you can await your thank you message!

Returns Policy

Interflora are focused on happy customers, and are pleased to return your money to you should you wish to cancel your order, but do require 48 hours notice. Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned once personalisation has begun, and perishable goods such as flowers are non-refundable, unless an error has occurred or a customer is very unhappy, in which case they are keen to correct any problems and encourage contacting them by phone or email to find a solution. Non-perishable goods are returnable within 14 days of cancellation, but Interflora will not cover any return postage costs.

Interflora have a strong policy that they wish people to be happy with what they receive, and they promise that if their products don't arrive on time or don't delight the recipient, to right the situation or return your money.

Security & Reviews

Interflora are exceptionally passionate about delighting every customer with their services, and it seems they are fairly successful. Their website boasts some impressive statistics - with 4 in every 5 customers rating the product choice, quality, delivery and overall experience as excellent. Unfortunately, trustpilot.co.uk tells a very different story, with a rating of 2/10 and an overwhelming number of customers only giving Interflora one star. As always, we remind you that customers who have had a negative experience are much more likely to leave a review than customers who have had a good experience, and we advise that you keep this in mind when considering Interflora as your florist service.
