Opening Times

Furniture Village opening times may vary from store to store, but customers will find that opening hours are generally from 9am to 8.30pm from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm on Saturdays and 11am to 5pm on Sundays.

Delivery Information

Deliveries from Furniture Village are £9 for small items (such as accessories, flatpack furniture, mirrors and rugs) and £39 for large items such as tables, sideboards and wardrobes. These are flat rate prices: if you order multiple small items the total cost will be £9, and the same goes for orders of multiple larger items - only one fee of £39 will be charged. The company delivers to mainland England, Wales and Scotland, and when your order has been placed, a member of the Customer Services team will contact you to arrange a delivery time so you don't need to wait in all day on the day of your delivery. Some deliveries can be made within 72 hours, with deliveries made Monday to Saturday. If a delivery address is more than 40 miles from the nearest distribution centre, or is in Scotland, then it may take an extra 1-2 weeks to deliver the order.

Returns Policy

Furniture Village offer a very reasonable returns policy. Any stock items that you have bought online and decide you don't like after they have been delivered can be returned providing you have confirmed within 14 days that you will be returning the item. Bespoke furniture cannot be returned, and not can bedding or mattresses that are not still in their original packaging.

If items are delivered damaged, customers can choose not to accept them, or can accept them and have a Furniture Village technician visit their property to carry out repairs. If a repair is not possible, the item will be replaced.

If a fault develops more than 14 days after delivery, the customer care team should be contacted, and the outcome will depend on individual circumstances.
