Delivery Information

Dreams offers customers different options for delivery and more detailed information can be found on their website.

Basic delivery is free and enables the products to be delivered to your front door. Available Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, select basic delivery as an option on the website. There are a small number of exclusions to this service, for example TV beds or assembly and recycling services.

Standard service is £39 and means a two-man team will take your order to a room of choice. Delivering between Monday and Friday, customers will receive a call on the morning of the expected delivery date and Dreams will let them know which 2-hour slot they will be arriving within.

Bedding and accessories are delivered by free courier service and customers can expect to receive them within 5 working days.

Saturday delivery can be arranged at an additional cost of £5.99 - this is only available for certain products.

Dreams offer a customer friendly returns and refunds policy. Large items, which are faulty or damaged, can be returned and they will pick up the products from your home for your convenience.
