Delivery Information

BrandAlley ships to the whole of the UK, the Republic of Ireland, and the Channel Islands. Delivery can take longer than other websites, because not all stock is held in the company's warehouse. When an order is placed, you will receive an estimated delivery date. Once the sale has ended on the site, BrandAlley places its order with the supplier. Delivery is usually between 7 to 20 working days.

If you order items from different sales, your order could be split if some products become available before other items in your order.

Returns Policy

BrandAlley operates a strict returns policy of 14 days, from the date of delivery. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Returned items must also be accompanied by a complete returns form, which will be included inside your parcel.
